1. Open psd file.
2. Press key V or click Move Tool.
3. Select layer or group you want export.
4. Duplicate it to new document.
5. Click Image -> Trim, then trim this image.
6. Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S or click File -> Save for Web ...
7. Save with png or jpg or gif...
8. Done.
